The numbness means the absent or reduced sensitivity to any of our body parts. This numbness is not any injurious or harmful disease. If the blood stops circulation then the most important thing in our body, “Oxygen” is also stops flowing to the parts where the blood circulation is stopped.

The peak place of the parts which are stopped blood circulation will not get enough amount of oxygen and it stops generating glucose. Then the energy required to those parts is not supplied. We get numbness if we seated in a place without any movement and also occur when our hands and legs were undergone to more force when we are in sleep. This doesn’t stand for a long time. It decreased when we tend the affected part to some exciting movements.
