What is Official Betting?

Official betting is when a bet is placed on an event that has been regulated by an official governing body. This includes sports betting, horse racing and greyhound racing. The official governing bodies are responsible for ensuring that any bets placed on their events are fair and transparent. They will also monitor any potential issues that may arise, such as match-fixing, and take action where appropriate.
